PHSC ENCORE ACADEMY OFFERS COOKING CAMP WORKSHOPS

The Encore Academy at Pasco-Hernando State College will offer two Cooking Camp workshop series on the East Campus in Dade City, 36727 Blanton Road. The Encore Academy is a service of PHSC that provides educational opportunities to adults over the age of 50.
Cooking Camp Series I: Monday, June 9 through Thursday, June 12 from 10 a.m. to noon. Topics include: kitchen tips and tricks, spices and herbs, and Italian cookery.
Cooking Camp Series II: Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Topics include: seasonal desserts, Asian cookery, and edible holiday gifts.
Each two-hour workshop is $12 or $48 for each series; additional lab fees may apply for cooking supplies. All workshops are open to the community. Membership in the Encore Academy is not required.
